Take My Hand

My third-ever art request! For Ocean-and-a-Rock, the characters in a paragraph s/he sent me. Not my favorite piece ever, largely because of some less-than-spectacular decisions regarding the composition, but I think it came out tolerably well. Also only my third time ever painting a male, and my first time painting a backlit scene.

The clothing and hair are both derived from some reference drawings from the requester. Pose reference is from Senshi-Stock.
