Frozen Landscape WIP(?)

Spent the last week or two working mostly on this, based off of noahbradley's environment video tutorial on Youtube (sorry I can't directly link it). I've reached a point where I'm more or less OK with it, although I'm not at all sure it's finished. However, I have no more ideas for what else to try and do with it.

So, I'm going ahead and submitting it now, open for suggestions on improvement.
